It also adds some in-text links to help players find more information about the quests and certain aspects of Final Fantasy 16.
12 Welcoming Committee
The Welcoming Committee is a side quest you will find in the region of The Holy Empire of Sanbreque. While the reward is nothing amazing, it will give you a glimpse of the daily life of new Bearers, and the history of Valisthea.
Giving them some bread and wine will reward you with 15 XP and a Gil Bug. It will also give the Bearers some hope for their new home.
11 While The Cat's Away
While the cat's away is a side quest you can accept in the region of the Imperial Province of Rosaria. The Inn Hand of Martha's Rest Obelisk will ask you to take care of some bandits that have been plaguing the tavern.
You will have to defeat only two bandits. By completing the quest, you are rewarded with 20 XP, 10 Wyrrite, and 5 Steelsilk.
10 What A Bird Wants
While you are following the main story, you will come across a ransacked carriage. A traveling trader has been attacked by Chocobos and will ask for your help.

9 The Want Beyond The Wall
The Want beyond the Wall is a quest activated by speaking with Etienne. This merchant will ask you to deliver and exchange some packages outside of Northreach's southern wall.
When you return to him with the promised goods, you will be handsomely rewarded with 1000 Gil, 18 XP, 20 Steelsilks, and 20 Bloody Hides.
8 Pride Comes Before A Fall
When Clive heads to the courtyard of the Imperial Training Grounds, he will find two soldiers near the weapon racks.
Talking to them will trigger the Pride Comes Before a Fall side quest, which will have you fighting against both of them. By using simple Eikon abilities, you can easily defeat them and be rewarded with 20 XP, 1100 Gil, and a piece of meteorite.
7 Playthings
What may first sound like an innocent side quest, Playthings quickly gets a darker tone, quite similar to the cruel world of Game of Thrones.
A young girl will ask Clive to help her find her dear Chloe. While you think you are searching for a dog, you realize that is not the case. By finding Chloe, you will gain 19 XP and 20 Magicked Ash. At what cost though?
6 Friend Of The People
After starting The Dame subquest, you will be able to accept a quest from an Oriflamme official. He will ask you to deliver comestibles to three Bearers.

By finding the Bearers and giving them the goods, you complete the quest. You are then rewarded with 18XP, 1000 Gil, 25 Magicked Ash, and Bearer Comestibles.
5 False Friends
False Friends is a quest given to Clive by a sellsword named Brennan. He will ask you to track down a runaway Bearer.
Finding the Bearer is quite easy, as there will be many clues along the way. There will be a small brawl about the fate of the Bearer, but Clive will protect him. As a reward, he will receive 22 XP, 100 Ability Points, 10 Magicked Ashes, and a Meteorite.
4 Dying On The Vine
By heading down to the wine cellars of one of the Lostwing's buildings, you will find a guy named Emile. He will give you the Dying on the Vine quest.
Wasps have been eating his grapes, and he will ask you to exterminate them. By using your Phoenix abilities, you can easily destroy the pests and get rewarded with 16 XP, 10 Sharp Fangs, and Black Blood.
3 Crystalline Lifeline
When you arrive at Martha's Rest, you should definitely complete all quests available. One of them is the Crystalline Lifeline, which will have you helping a fishmonger.

He dropped his precious crystal into the nearby bog, and will ask you to retrieve it. After defeating a Bob Crab and returning the crystal, you will receive 18 XP, 1000 Gil, 10 Magicked Ashes, and 10 Wyrrites.
2 Beast Against Beast
Just by following the main story, you will come across Fredric. This hunter will ask you to take care of some wolves that have been eating his bait.
If you have mastered the basics of combat, defeating the beasts will not be difficult. By completing Beast against Beast you will get 20 XP, 1000 Gil, 10 Wyrrites, and a Meteorite.
1 All Bark
All Bark is yet another quest proving that humans may be crueler than all the dangerous monsters in Valisthea. The quest will start with a father asking Clive to save his son from a ravenous wolf.
You will soon realize that the father-son duo were never in danger themselves. Contrary, they're the perpetrators. When the quest comes to an end, you will receive 20 XP, 150 Ability Points, and Magicked Ash.
